Biography

Bamidele joined Idaho PTAC in January 2019 as a full-time, Business Consultant I. He was promoted to, and worked as Business Consultant II until August 2025. He stepped down from full time position, to a part time status, as a result of becoming the Principal Investigator (PI) on a successful Phase I STTR Award from the National Institute of Health (NIH).

He has over 30 years of postdoctoral research experience in chemical technologies, with 14 U.Ss patents, and published several technical papers in professional journals. He was Principal Investigator for nine SBIR/STTR grant awards to his own company, Pearlhill Technologies LLC in Idaho Falls, ID. Eight of the awards were received prior to joining Idaho PTAC in 2019.

Bamidele is a Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) of the National APEX Accelerator Alliance (NAPEX). He has extensive business expertise and experience in procurement. In addition to advising small businesses on how to win government contracts. Bamidele provides counseling to Idaho businesses on contracting with the federal, state, and local governments. He conducts one-on-one training; presents training seminars to further educate businesses on government contracting; disseminates new requirements in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); and connects with key stakeholders and government agencies to foster a cooperative environment.

He is the SBIR/STTR Program Specialist for Elevate Idaho (www.rediconnects.org), a statewide program in Idaho. The acronyms stand for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR). Bamidele is a technical reviewer for two study sections of the NIH SBIR/STTR program.
