She earned her B.S. in Political Science from the University of Idaho, where she developed a passion for understanding how policy influences regional opportunities and growth. With experience spanning economic development projects, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis, Mary understands the challenges facing growing Idaho businesses. At Idaho APEX, she leverages that background to offer clients tailored, expert support in government contracting, including SAM registration, capability statement creation, federal procurement navigation, and SBIR/STTR consultingSince joining the APEX team, Mary has contributed to workshops and master classes — including co-presenting on SBIR/STTR fundamentals in early 2025 alongside other consultants- and helps guide Idaho companies toward winning government contracts.
